Stuart Skinner, Edmonton Oilers

This issue’s player spotlight is on Edmonton, Alberta native, Stuart Skinner. Following multiple successful WHL seasons with the Lethbridge Hurricanes, Stuart was drafted 78th overall by his hometown, Edmonton Oilers. Returning to the WHL, Stuart helped lead the Swift Current Broncos to a WHL Championship in 2018. Stuart went on to spend time with the Bakersfield Condors, before making his NHL debut in 2021. Stuart has since played a key role in the Oilers post-season success and, as we head into the 2025/26 season, Stuart is clearly motivated to help push the Oilers to their ultimate goal.
