A registered firm must deliver to a client or prospective client all information that a reasonable investor would consider important about the client’s relationship with the registrant. As such, this document is designed to help clients of GMG Private Counsel ULC (GMG) clearly understand the type of the services and products that will be provided by GMG and to establish client expectations in a clear and meaningful manner.
